How to define board's size as ideal rectangle?

1. Set grid on 50 mil
2. Mark Edit --> Snap to Grid

3. Mark by mouse on rulers requiste board's size
(it can be typed from keyboard)

4. Edit --> Set Origin

5. Place --> Polygon

6. Define board size.
